Pedagogical Toolkit

EGEE Educational Resources

The EGEE project provides a range of educational resources designed to support teachers in educating pupils about children's rights and European values.

These resources are organised into a pedagogical toolkit structured around three complementary components, allowing teachers to implement the activities progressively and adapt them to their classroom context.

Each component includes ready-to-use teaching materials, accompanied by guidance documents and detailed teaching sequences.

The EGEE Pedagogical Toolkit

The EGEE Pedagogical Toolkit is at the heart of the project. It has been designed as a progressive learning framework, combining theoretical input, practical activities and interactive learning experiences.

It is structured around three complementary components:

  • Component 1: Texts and Images → Analysing texts and images to understand children's rights
  • Component 2: Theatre → Using drama and debate to explore children's rights
  • Component 3: Serious Games → Learning through play and cooperation

Together, these resources help pupils to:

  • develop their understanding of children's rights
  • strengthen their critical thinking skills
  • engage actively in the learning process
